Ms. Cindy Chow is dedicated as a full-time licensed foot specialist, who is registered as a chiropodist. A chiropodist is a licensed foot specialist of podiatric medicine in Ontario, Canada. Chiropodist is pronounced either Ker-rah-Po-dist or Sure-rah-Po-dist  Ms. Chow has nearly 25 years of experience caring for people’s feet.

Her professional education is from Ontario’s only school for the chiropody/podiatry profession: The Chiropody Program, at The Michener Institute of Education at University Health Network (Toronto). She also has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Toronto.

Ms. Chow has worked in various clinical settings such as (1) public community health centres in the City of Toronto (Central Toronto *CHC, Queen West CHC, Rexdale CHC, Stonebridge CHC, L.A.M.P. (Lakeshore) CHC, Lawrence Heights CHC, (2) public hospitals (Markham-Stouffville Hospital) and (3) her current private clinical practice Cindy Chow Chiropody Professional Corporation (formerly Village Foot & Orthotic Clinic). (*CHC means Community Health Clinic.)

Ms. Chow regularly upgrades her knowledge in the podiatry profession.  Her completed endeavours include being certified in Foot Mobilization Therapy, and certified in Health Canada-approved Onyfix ingrown toenail treatment and ToeFx fungal nail disinfection.

She is licensed as a registered Chiropodist with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.  She is also a proud member of the voluntary professional association of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists.
